STARTERS

-Red lentil soup- red lentil tomato & herbs soup
 
-Flat Mushroom- in a bed of tomato sause, topped with goats cheese & asparagus (V)
 
-Salt Cod fish cakes - with crispy salad & marinated olives
 
-Breast of Chicken - wrapped in Parma ham & cooked in red wine and sage
 
-Garlic & chilli king prawns (extra £2.00)


MAIN COURSES

 -Grilled Fish Kebab - with green vegetables & new potatoes or rice 

-Stuffed Pepper - with couscous, roast vegetables & Parmesan (V)

-Coq-au-vin - the original slow cooked chicken breast, with
  bacon & red wine, with green vegetables & garlic rice
 
-Roast Welsh Lamb (Portuguese way) - with roast potatoes, rice & vegetables
